Chris Green is the founder and Chief Strategist of the People Work Company. Chris has spent his career leading turnaround organizations in Europe and in the USA. Early on, as his successes caught the attention of other leaders he found himself sitting in their board rooms and retreats, facilitating their own strategic planning meetings. As his enthusiasm and skill set for this work developed, so did the opportunities. This led to the formation of the People Work Company – an expansion of his own personal calling to the alignment of strategic action and, well… people work.
